+To reset your password, you must select the "contact an administrator link" to send an email to your company's administrator and let them know you want to reset your password. This article is for people who set password expiration policy for a business, school, or nonprofit. To complete these steps, you need to sign in with your Microsoft 365 admin account. If you forgot your work or school password or have been locked out of your account, you can use your security info and your mobile device to reset your work or school password.
