Having said all that, I'd still prefer to hold lower, compared to higher serum cholesterol thresholds. I'm a believer in doing things a bit at a time full. I decided to see how much I could reduce my cholesterol by diet all by yourself. I developed the recipe that follows for morning cereal. I can never market this strategy. This cereal is decidedly unsexy
