<br> U.S. Marshals seized tons of of bottles of Kirkman's HypoAllergenic Taurine Capsules after FDA determined that these products made unsubstantiated claims to deal with autism, a neurobehavioral disorder that begins in early childhood. In accordance with the Act, all dietary supplement products' labeling should be truthful and not deceptive and will not make any claims that the product will cure, mitigate, treat, or stop disease. FDA will proceed to identify and take applicable enforcement actions towards fraudulently marketed dietary supplement merchandise that make unsubstantiated medical claims of their labeling. The seizure occurred after FDA decided that these merchandise claimed to treat quite a lot of medical conditions. Additionally, FDA had no data to point that the products were generally acknowledged as secure and efficient for his or her intended use |
