Minimum Qualification (Assistant Professor): Ph.D. with very first class or equivalent (in terms of grades, and so on) at the preceding degree in the proper branch, with an excellent academic record in all preceding degrees. Other details:

1. The pay carries all other allowances as admissible to a Central Government employee stationed at Kanpur.

2. The advantages, such as LTC, medical re-imbursement, transportation allowance, kids education allowance, contribution towards New Pension System (NPS), re-imbursement of telephone costs, book grants, HRA (if housing not provided), research initiation grant (up to Rs 25 lakhs with the arrangement to use for employment an additional grant) and monetary support towards nationwide and global conferences shall be allowed based on the Institute standards.

3. From its internal resources, the Institute offers an extra top-up salary of Rs 25,000/- monthly for the first 3 years of service to the recently signed up with professors members. After three years of service, the faculty member(s) are qualified for factor to consider for employment Young Faculty Fellowship (open for faculty of age upto 40 years) offering a top-up wage of Rs.15,000/- per month for three years, and/or Faculty Chair positions providing a top-up income of Rs 25,000/- monthly for three years. Both the positions are used based upon performance.

4. Traveling allowance for joining: The Institute will compensate worldwide travel expenses for the freshly joined professors member and reliant relative to the maximum limit of Rs. 1,50,000. Domestic travel repayment will be according to federal government guidelines.

5. The Institute strives to provide real estate to all professor. Your homes are geared up with free high-speed internet.

6. Mere eligibility will not entitle a candidate for being required interview.

7. Applicants who do not satisfy the minimum experience requirements may be offered an appointment on agreement. The requirements of minimum qualification and/or experience might be unwinded when it comes to candidates with exceptional credentials.
