Publish a Public Link That Hides Secret Cells Select the area that viewers are authorized to see, context-click → "Define named range", name it VisibleArea. Hide cols A-C and rows 1-3 (pay, bank refs) by right-clicking the gray tabs → "Hide". Jump to Data → Protected sheets & ranges → "Add a range", choose the hidden areas, toggle "Restrict" to "Only myself". File → Share → "Publish to web" → choose the SafeZone name from the drop-down, tick "Require sign-in" OFF, copy the generated URL. Anyone opening that link spots only the shown cells
