 <br>The Fair Housing Act protects people from discrimination when they are leasing or purchasing a home, getting a mortgage, seeking housing assistance, or engaging in other housing-related activities.<br>

 <br>The Fair Housing Act prohibits discrimination in housing because of:<br>
 <br>- Race.
 <br>- Color.
 <br>- National Origin.
 <br>- Religion.

 What Is Prohibited?<br>
 <br>In the Sale and Rental of Housing:<br>
 <br>It is unlawful discrimination to take any of the following actions because of race, color, religious beliefs, sex, special needs, familial status, or nationwide origin:<br>

 <br>- Refuse to work out for housing.

 <br>- Set various terms, conditions or advantages for sale or rental of a home.

 <br>- Falsely reject that  is readily available for assessment, sale or leasing.
 <br>- Make, print or release any notification, declaration or advertisement with respect to the sale or rental of a residence that suggests any preference, limitation or discrimination.

 <br>- Use various qualification criteria or applications, or sale or rental requirements or procedures, such as earnings requirements, application requirements, application fees, credit analyses, sale or [rental approval](https://www.brunoimoveisaraxa.com.br) procedures or other requirements.
 <br>- Evict a renter or a renter's guest.
 <br>- Harass a person.
 <br>- Fail or hold-up performance of maintenance or repair work.
 <br>- Limit opportunities, services or facilities of a house.
 <br>- Discourage the purchase or leasing of a dwelling.
 <br>- Assign a person to a specific structure or area or area of a structure or neighborhood.
 <br>- For earnings, encourage, or attempt to persuade, house owners to offer their homes by recommending that people of a particular safeguarded quality are about to move into the neighborhood (blockbusting).
 <br>- Refuse to supply or discriminate in the terms or conditions of homeowners insurance coverage because of the race, color, faith, sex, disability, familial status, or national origin of the owner and/or residents of a house.
 <br>- Deny access to or subscription in any multiple listing service or property brokers' organization.
 <br>
 In Mortgage Lending:<br>
 <br>It is unlawful discrimination to take any of the following actions based upon race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, or national origin:<br>
 <br>- Refuse to make a mortgage loan or supply other monetary assistance for a dwelling.
 <br>- Refuse to offer info relating to loans.
 <br>- Impose different terms or conditions on a loan, such as various interest rates, points, or costs.
 <br>- Discriminate in evaluating a house.
 <br>- Condition the schedule of a loan on a person's response to harassment.
 <br>- Refuse to buy a loan.
 <br>
 Harassment:<br>
 <br>The Fair Housing Act makes it unlawful to bug persons because of race, color, faith, sex, disability, familial status, or national origin. To name a few things, this forbids sexual harassment.<br>

 <br>It is prohibited discrimination to:<br>
 <br>- Threaten, coerce, frighten or disrupt anybody working out a fair housing right or assisting others who work out the right.

 <br>What is Needed for a Problem<br>
 <br>To submit a housing discrimination complaint these requirements should be satisfied:<br>
