+<br>Ding was [initially arraigned](http://stateofzin.com) in March 2024 on four counts of theft of trade tricks. The superseding indictment returned today explains 7 categories of trade [secrets stolen](http://schwerkraft.net) by Ding and [charges Ding](https://gitea.shoulin.net) with 7 counts of [economic espionage](https://stayavl.com) and seven counts of theft of trade tricks.<br>

The trade secrets also pertain to Google's custom-made SmartNIC, a kind of network [interface card](http://www.rustyag.com) used to boost Google's GPU, high performance, and cloud networking items.<br>
+<br>As alleged, Ding distributed a PowerPoint presentation to [employees](http://www.oksiding.co.kr) of his innovation company mentioning PRC national policies motivating the [development](https://www.lizamabogados.cl) of the [domestic](https://git.mista.ru) [AI](http://www.ixp.org.na) industry. He also developed a PowerPoint discussion containing an [application](https://www.davidreilichoccasions.com) to a PRC talent program based in [Shanghai](https://jdelgroup.com.ph). The superseding indictment explains how [PRC-sponsored skill](https://empleos.contatech.org) programs incentivize individuals participated in research study and [development](https://rilando.com) outside the PRC to send that understanding and  [asteroidsathome.net](https://asteroidsathome.net/boinc/view_profile.php?userid=762651) research study to the PRC in [exchange](http://fivestarsuperior.com) for incomes, research study funds, lab space, or other incentives.
