MOSCOW, Feb 6 (Reuters) - Sberbank plans to collaborate with Chinese researchers on joint AI projects, a magnate at Russia's most significant bank informed Reuters, as China's DeepSeek has actually upended the tech landscape by creating an AI design far more cheaply than U.S. competitors.
Russia and China, which share what they call a "no limitations" strategic collaboration, have long discussed AI cooperation - including in military applications - but little is publicly understood about its depth or scope.
